What is TAOLaunch?
A discovery and execution interface for markets around the intelligence economy, built on EVM mainnet. Bittensor subnet data and EVM tokens are kept distinct.
How launches work
The launch protocol creates a token and a bonding curve quoted in the chosen approved pairing asset. The application reads an enabled configuration and current fee, pins the previewed economics, simulates the call, then asks your wallet to sign. Success requires a confirmed receipt.
Subnet Coins and Theses
Subnet Coins carry a creator-declared NetUID association, checked against the live subnet registry before launch. Subnet Theses represent categories such as compute or inference. Neither is an official alpha token.
Subnet Candidates
Candidates can publish their purpose, technical thesis, roadmap, team and stage in on-chain metadata. The original on-chain metadata remains immutable. Creators can sign versioned off-chain profile updates and link their candidate to a verified NetUID from the token page.
Trading
Supported ETH and bridged-asset bonding curves support simulated buys and sells with minimum outputs. ERC-20 inputs require exact-amount approvals. Quotes expire after 30 seconds. Supported graduated liquidity pools can also be traded here. Markets with unverified quote assets or unavailable routes cannot be traded.
TAO denomination
The selected pair asset determines settlement. Robinhood TAO pairs use bridged TAO. Robinhood subnet-alpha launches require protocol approval of the canonical wrapper. USD and other display conversions are informational. Gas is ETH on Robinhood and Base, and native TAO on Bittensor. Native TAO launches on Bittensor EVM create an immediate liquidity pool funded by the creator. These have no bonding curve; initial liquidity is permanently locked. Fund supports Base USDC transfers with a 5% price-impact limit and separate delivery tracking. Bittensor registry-verified staking-receipt pairs are available through creator-funded pools; use the exact Bittensor wrapper and native TAO for gas.
Bittensor data
Live subnet feeds supply prices, reserves and volumes, with a fallback feed for resilience. Missing values are unavailable, never replaced with sample numbers.
Index coverage
Discovery uses a durable registry backfilled from the verified factory deployment block. Indexed curve trades and liquidity pool swaps power token candles. The index status endpoint reports the exact finalized checkpoints; backfill and feed outages can delay coverage.
FAQ
No account is required. Connect an injected EVM wallet, switch to EVM mainnet, and sign transactions in your wallet. Watchlists are stored locally. The application never requests or stores a private key.
